Cancellation Policy

At Cassie Dye Hair Studio, I take great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business, we require financial stability, and enforcing our cancellation policy is essential to maintaining that stability. To confirm your appointment, I require a card to be placed on file. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the cancellation policy as outlined below: Cancellation or Rescheduling: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 36 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 36 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time. A no show will result in a fee of 100% of scheduled service. Illness: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health and the health of our team and other clients is of utmost importance to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and you provide less than 36 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service. To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of our time, we kindly request that you refrain from changing your scheduled service within 36 hours of your appointment. In the event that you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a full custom color but decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 36 hours of it, we will need to apply the half fee of the original custom color service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. In the rare instance that we need to reschedule your appointment, we assure you that any deposit made will be applied towards your next scheduled appointment. Our policies are in place to protect our business and to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service. It's important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with us to schedule appointments that are convenient for you. We strongly advise against taking time off work or other commitments to receive our services. If you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that may result. I believe in making heads turn and hearts skip a beat with fabulous hair. I am here to make you feel like a million bucks, because let's face it, you deserve nothing less! REVISIONS: Now, I want to level with you—I may not be perfect, but trust us, I’m pretty darn close. I pour my heart and soul into every snip, color, and style. However, sometimes, the hair gods might have a different plan, and miscommunications can happen. But fear not, I got you covered! While I don't offer refunds, I do want nothing more than to see you thrilled with your hair. If by some twist of fate, I missed the mark or you think we didn't quite nail it, I’m happy to offer ONE revision. Yep, you heard that right! Just give us a shout before the one-week mark after your appointment, and I’ll make it right. Now, let's talk about the fine print. We're counting on you to follow the care instructions I provide you with. Think of them as your secret recipe for maintaining that gorgeous mane. Remember, fabulous hair requires a little TLC from time to time. So, promise us you'll treat your locks like royalty, and I’ll keep them looking majestic! Oh, and did I mention that I love feedback?
